WHO WE ARE
IDCL was founded and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission
(CAC) in Nigeria in 2023 by Dr. Adebukola Adebayo, a renowned
disability rights advocate, gender equality promoter and inclusive
development specialist with over 15 years experience. The Company was
founded with the aim of institutionalizing and expanding Dr. Adebayo’s
contributions towards promotion of inclusive development practices and
processes across sectors of life, institutions and levels of
government, public and private entities and non-governmental bodies.
IDCL is a social impact company committed to the use of innovative
approaches to support the design and delivery of cutting-edge
human-centred inclusive development solutions. We support government
and non-government clients to address challenges of exclusion,
marginalization, discrimination and abuses confronting typically
marginalized individuals and groups,
and to harvest the gains of
promoting and sustaining the culture of inclusion, equality, equity
and participation of All in the key aspects of designing and delivery
of policies, programs, services, products and actions. At IDCL, we assemble and work with some of the best talents and
specialists across all spheres of Inclusive Development— gender,
disability, age, race, ethnic, economic status, etc. IDCL’s management
and staff are driven by the shared passion and strong commitment to
ensure that every development policy, program and actions of
government, corporate businesses and non-governmental bodies promotes
equal and equitable opportunities for all regardless of the
socio-economic and political disadvantage that any individual or group
of individuals may face.
